How to troubleshoot Roku is not connecting to the Internet Problem?


To stream online music and videos, every Roku device requires a network connection. Internet is important to connect the Roku player with Home Network.   • Check the wireless signal strength and improve it. If your Roku device is not getting the required signal strength then it could be the reason behind the problem. 
  • Check the settings by resetting the router and device. If your Roku device is not connected to the wireless network or if it is not working but connected the resetting can help you out. For this, go to the settings, choose System and click on System Restart.
